Miscanthus sinensis 'Morning Light'
‘Miscanthus is a species of perennial, clump-forming grasses that do not have invasive spreading rhizomes, so they're easily contained within gardens of all sizes. Although they are hardy, many of them will not flower in cooler European summers, however this one (a sport of Miscanthus sinensis 'Gracillimus') is a particularly elegant and versatile form. Its slender green blades have narrow cream margins, and they arch gently at their tips to create a fountain-like effect.’

Tulipa ‘Clearwater’
Tall and very white, with big goblet like flower heads. Good planted in a different part of the border than Tulipa ‘Spring Green’, would suggest further to the back where it can pop up in drifts over other evergreen and emergent foliage.
